Cricket Pitch and Pavilion
Hobbs Estates funded and developed a cricket pitch and pavilion for use by Coggeshall Town Cricket Club back in 2009. The pitch is used to house junior, third team and fourth team games at the weekends. The pavilion is also used by a local sports therapy firm which provides services such as sports massages, physiotherapy and osteopathy. We understand that security is a high priority for any business. At Earls Colne Business Park we have a permanent security station at the entrance to the estate which is manned by a Security on both weekdays and weekends. The guard has access to our own security vehicle that allows him to undertake regular patrols. There are also a total of 15 CCTV cameras covering our estate roads and other areas of the business park, two of which exclusively monitor vehicle number plates entering and exiting the site. This is in addition to many of our tenants installing their own systems, which provides even wider coverage.
As a result of the measures that we have put in place, and by virtue of our location, we have very few, if any, criminal incidents.
Working alongside Skyline Networks, we are able to offer our tenants broadband speeds of up to 200mb/s if required, and this is soon to rise to 1gb/s.
